A seminar entitled ‘Unique Anatomy of the Ringed Seal’ will be delivered by Professor Robert W. Henry on Wednesday 20^th May, 2009. The seminar will take place at 1:30 p.m. at the School of Veterinary Medicine Amphitheatre, Eric Williams Medical Sciences Complex, Mt. Hope.

Professor Robert W. Henry of the Department of Comparative Medicine, College of Veterinary Medicine, The University of Tennessee, USA has published extensively on topics of Veterinary Anatomy, including the preservation of biological tissue.  His main interest is in aldehyde-free alternatives for the preservation of biological tissue and plastination.
