The Institute of International Relations (IIR) will host a lecture entitled, “Power and Knowledge in International Development” by Prof. Norman Girvan on Thursday 8th November, 2007 in the IIR, Lecture Room 1 at 12:30 p.m. Prof. Girvan is currently a Research Fellow at the IIR, UWI St. Augustine.
