The Department of Behavioural Sciences will host a course entitled, “Mediation 1: Essential Skills” from Monday 29th October – Friday 1st November, 2007 at the Social Sciences Lounge from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. The course is targeted towards administrators, managers, human resource personnel, social service delivery professionals, church leaders and NGO’s.  Participants will build and enhance skills for resolving inter-personal and group conflict as well as client and stakeholder disputes. Mr. Tom Kalpatoo, Lecturer and Practicum Facilitator will conduct the sessions. The course fee is $6,500 per person, lunch and refreshments are included.
