UWI's Faculty of Medical Sciences celebrates its 20th Anniversary with a Recognition Ceremony to be held on October 8 at 6 pm at Amphitheatre A. The agenda for the evening will entail presentation of the honourees and speeches given by various professors, including a welcome address by the Dean of the Faculty of Medical Sciences, Professor Samuel Ramsewak, and remarks by Pro Vice Chancellor and Campus Principal, Professor Clement Sankat. Entertainment will also be provided by students, with performances by the Batswana Student Choir, student dancers and a student mime. The evening will end with a cocktail reception held outside of Amphitheatre A, where guests will be entertained by a Chamber Orchestra.
