The Department of Liberal Arts invites you to attend its Graduate Student Seminars on Friday 6th November, 2009, at the Faculty of Humanities & Education, 3rd Floor, South Building, Room 2.
At 10 am Alpha Obika, M.Phil in Cultural Studies, will present his seminar, Deconstructing Piracy in Relation to the Caribbean Cultural Economy: The Case of the Trinidad and Tobago Music Industry. Barbara Constance-Baptiste, M.Phil in Linguistics, follows at 2 pm with her seminar titled Levels of Linguistics Exposure Among Secondary School Classes in Tobago.
