New Courses

The Department of Creative and Festival Arts is hosting several workshops in Art and Design, commencing from June:

Art Studio Workshops: “Clay and Glazing techniques”

Duration: 18 hours

July 10, 11, 12; 17, 18, 19

Time: 1pm - 4pm

Cost: $2200 (non-UWI) $2000 UWI staff and alumni $1800 UWI student  

Design ICT Workshops:The Fundamentals of Adobe Illustrator

Duration: 20 hours

Mondays from June 4 - July 23

Time: 5pm - 7.30pm

Cost: $1400 (non-UWI) $1200 UWI staff and alumni $1000 UWI student  

The Fundamentals of Adobe Photoshop

Duration: 20 hours

Wednesdays from June 6th - July 25 

Time: 5pm - 7.30pm

Cost: $1400 (non-UWI) $1200 UWI staff and alumni $1000 UWI student  

The Fundamentals of AdobeInDesign  (Pre-requisite: Must have working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop)

Duration: 20 hours

Tuesdays from June 5 - July 24

Time: 5pm - 7.30pm

Cost: $1600 (non-UWI) $1400 UWI staff and alumni $1200 UWI student  

The Fundamentals of Adobe AfterEffects (Pre-requisite: Must have working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop)

Duration: 20 hours

Thursdays from June 14th - August 2 

Time: 5pm - 7.30pm

Cost: $1600 (non-UWI) $1400 UWI staff and alumni $1200 UWI student   

Small classes: ICT – max: 6 students, art workshops – max: 10 students
