Calling all UWI Staff members!
You can register or renew your membership for The UWI Wellness Programme for the new financial year: August 1, 2017 to July 31, 2018.
The schedule of activities will continue from August 2.
Please note The UWI Wellness Programme registration process below:
- Staff members are required to be contracted for at least six (6) months continuously
- Once accepted, staff members will be eligible to participate in activities offered by the Wellness Programme after completion of Wellness Programme Registration form, by clicking here.
- After completion, members are required to pay A NON-REFUNDABLE Registration fee of $100 at the cashier ACC# 1300-13884
- Payments can be made at the cashier located at Bursary, Main Administration Building
- Registration forms along with an original receipt must be delivered to Mr. Aleksei Henry, Human Resources Division, where the relevant correspondence will be stored for future reference.
Please note: The registration fee covers the financial year from August 1, 2017 to July 31, 2018.
