ASCC Easter Camp: Bringing Minecraft to Life

The UWI’s After School Care Centre (ASCC) hosts their Easter Camp under the theme, Bringing Minecraft to Life which will feature various activities that will be connected to the video game.

The camp takes place from April 3 to 13 from 8.30am to 3.30pm (earliest drop-off time is 8am and latest pickup time is 4pm).

Cost: $600; Daily: $100; Late fees: $40 (for every half an hour after 4pm, or any part thereof)

Interested persons can pay at The UWI St. Augustine’s Bursary Cashier and the receipt returned to the ASCC as proof of payment. The deadline for applications is April 5.

Additional Information

  • Parents are asked to provide sufficient  Lunch and Snack and Drinks for their children daily along with an apron or large tee-shirt for art and craft activities.
  • Please dress your child in pants and sneakers during the course of the camp.

About Bringing Minecraft to Life

The Easter Camp will feature various activities that will be connected to the video game. This will help our young campers expand on their vocabulary and expression skills, group work and you their critical thinking skills in various creative activities, as well as express themselves creatively in other various avenues. Additional activities will involve storytelling, outdoor games activities and arts and craft.
