The Human Resources Division continues their Professional Development series with a Banner Finance (Course number and name: C3147 – Banner Finance) workshop.

The two-day workshop takes place April 26 and 27 from 9am to 4pm at the School of Education - Room J ARCON II (Building adjacent to UWI Doubles).

Interested persons should seek approval from their Head of Department and the Human Resources Division by April 24.

About the Banner Finance workshop

• This introductory workshop will give persons knowledge or refresh their knowledge of processing vendor payments.

• Activities include: Creating purchase orders with single and multiple accounts, processing partial and full payments, attaching multiple invoices to a single order, and querying the department budget.

• Attendees will also learn how to read the financial chart.

Please note: Only those who receive approval from the Head of Department and the Human Resources Division will be able to attend the workshop. If they have not received a ‘Successful Enrolment Status’ email from the Human Resources Division prior to the workshop, they should not attend as they were unsuccessful.
