Apply Now: The UWI/Guardian Group Premium Teaching Awards 2018

Applications are invited for The UWI/Guardian Group Premium Teaching Awards 2018. 

The UWI/Guardian Group Premium Teaching Awards is a collaborative effort that is celebrated every other year to honour teaching excellence at The UWI, St Augustine.  Winners each receive a cash award and a commemorative plaque. Applicants are required to submit an online portfolio.

The Awards are open to:

  • Full-time members of the UWI St. Augustine’s academic staff who have taught regularly for at least two full consecutive academic years;
  • Deans and Heads of Departments who continue to teach a minimum of half a normal teaching load

They have issued a Call for Portfolios with the deadline of noon on July 1.
