The UWI St. Augustine’s Department of Economics hosts their annual Conference on the Economy (COTE 2018) under the theme, Economic Development Challenges: Looking Towards 2030.
This year’s conference honours former Director of the Sir Arthur Lewis Institute of Social and Economic Studies (SALISES), Professor Emeritus Patrick Watson.
COTE 2018 takes place from October 10 to 11 at the Learning Resource Centre (LRC).
The Call for Papers has been issued and welcomes the submission of Abstracts for Papers and Posters under the following themes: Non Energy Export Growth, Issues in Labour Economics, The Informal Sector and Economic Development, Monetary policy Challenges, Greening the Economy, and Economics of Social Issues.
