Scheduled Disruptions to Student Portal on Week of August 6

Campus IT Services (CITS) wishes to advise that there will be intermittent disruption in the Student Portal, during the week of August 6 to facilitate scheduled maintenance in preparation for the start of the new academic year.

The myeLearning system will be unavailable to faculty and students for short periods during this time. It will therefore be prudent to retrieve marks from the system for Summer programs before August 6.

They apologise for the inconvenience this may cause, but it is essential to complete this activity during the short break between Summer and Semester I. For any additional queries, please contact ServiceDesk via email at
