The UWI SPEC Indoor Court Closure from August 20 to 24

The UWI Sport and Physical Education Centre’s (SPEC) Indoor Court will be unavailable to patrons from August 20 to 24 due to ongoing maintenance works at the Facility.
Please also note the following:
- There will be no access to the locker rooms/toilet/bathroom facilities located on the corridors of indoor court.
- The outdoor toilet facilities (located near the western car park) will be made available for use.
- Entrance to the gym will be via the eastern door only. The northern/southern entrances will be not be accessible.
- The material being used on the indoor court is an (epoxy) which has a potent scent that may be uncomfortable for most persons. The gym may become permeated with this scent so patrons are advised to use the facility at their discretion.
- The air conditioning units located in the gym will be shut off during this period for the duration of the day, so the area will be hotter than usual.
