SALISES Empowering Persons with Disabilities Public Forum

The Sir Arthur Lewis Institute of Social and Economic Studies (SALISES) presents Forum on the topic, Empowering Persons with Disabilities: Actions for Sustainable Development in Trinidad and Tobago.      

The forum takes place on December 3 from 10am to 1pm at the Learning Resource Centre (LRC).

Featured speakers include:               

  • Dr. Beverley Ann Marie Beckles - Chief Executive Officer at National Centre for Persons with Disabilities
  • Mr. Fitzherbert Glenover Niles - Chairman and Founder of the Down Syndrome Family Network
  • Ms. Alicia Lalite - PhD Candidate in Business Administration and Research Assistant, Department of Management Studies, University of the West Indies, St. Augustine
  • Ms. Bephyer Parey - PhD candidate in Social Policy, Sir Arthur Lewis Institute of Social and Economic Studies, University of the West Indies, St. Augustine
