The Counselling & Psychological Service (CAPS), under DSSD advises as you negotiate the semester, keep in mind ways of managing your wellness so you can put your best foot forward. Check out the following events:
MINDFUL MONDAYS – A simple guide to meditation and relaxation to give you a good start to your week. | Sessions start January 28 and continue every Monday | 5 to 6pm at the Learning Resource Centre (LRC), East Computer Lab.
UNWIND your MIND | March 20 | Come relax with puppies, try some mindful colouring & art work, get a massage, unwind with a simple yoga and breathing practice, or learn how mindful eating can improve your mood. Look out for more information. Click here for details.
An introduction to NETFLIX: The Psychology of Movies Workshop | Weekly (Thursdays) | 2 to 3pm | Teaching and Learning Complex (TLC), Tutorial Room 4 | Check out weekly discussion workshops explore the human psyche, behavior, and the meaning of life, through the movies. Popcorn not included.

WALK-INs are available every Tuesday from 9.30am to 12.30pm and every Thursday from 1 to 4pm throughout the semester. And appointments at the Mt Hope campus are available for students at the Faculty of Medical Sciences (FMS).
