The Counselling & Psychological Service (CAPS), under DSSD hosts Unwind Your Mind – A day of massages, mindfulness, puppies and more!
Don’t miss the de-stressing event on March 20 from noon to 5pm at the Learning Resource Centre (LRC) Greens.

12 to 2pm | Get your Brain profiled at the Colour your Brain table – know your strengths & your stressors
2 to 4pm | Inside Out workshop – decorate your private and public emotional selves with our in-house artist
