FOE and Google hosts Google Cloud's AI Solutions Workshop

The Faculty of Engineering, in collaboration with Google hosts the Google Cloud's Artificial Intelligence Solutions workshop.

This workshop which takes place on June 6 from 9.30am to 12.30pm at the Faculty of Engineering, Max Richards Building, Block 13, Ground Floor, Lecture Theater 1.

This is your chance to learn about Firebase, TPUs, and Google Cloud’s AI solutions.

Participants will also get the opportunity to hear about job opportunities at Google.

This workshop is free and open to the public.

About the workshop

This will be a workshop to show the attendees some of the work that Google is doing and the products that they are making. There will be speakers talking about Google’s Firebase as well as an intro to how Google does Machine Learning with an emphasis on Google Cloud. Since getting jobs at Google can be daunting we have 3 sessions about life and jobs at Google: a female Google employee will share her experience, a recruiter and the Global Practice Lead for Machine Learning.
