CAPS Virtual Mindful Mondays for Meditation & Relaxation

The Counselling and Psychological Services (CAPS) Department out of the Division of Student and Services and Development (DSSD) invites you to nvest 60 minutes to nurture a more relaxed you, every day! 

Explore ways to manage your stress, learn and practice simple everyday skills of Mindfulness and Meditation. Whether you are new to meditation or whether you meditate regularly and wish to try a group vibe all are welcome.

Check out virtual Mindful Monday sessions every Monday during the semester starting on Monday, October 5 from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. (EST). via Zoom.
