The Alma Jordan Library is accepting requests from staff and students for library loans. Kindly email all requests to the Circulation and Access Services (C&AS) Division via cas@sta.uwi.edu with the following information:

-First Name

-Last Name

-Telephone No.

-UWI Email Address

-UWI ID Number

-Faculty

-Status: Staff | Graduate Student | Undergraduate Student

The following information MUST be provided for EACH TITLE:

-Book/Journal Title

-Book Author(s)/Editor(s)

-Call Number

-Publication Year

Note: You have the option to copy and paste this information from UWIlinC.

Items may only be collected upon notification from the library.

Staff Pick Up & Return Points:

-Book Deposit Chute (Return)

Student Pick Up And Return Point:

-Recreation Room - The Sir Arthur Lewis (Sal) Hall Of Residence, St John’s Road, St. Augustine Tuesday-Thursday 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Kindly Note:

All returned library materials will be placed in a mandatory seven (7) day quarantine, after which they will be cleared from your name.
