Improving Food Packaging Practices in CARICOM

The Basic Principles of Food Packaging is the first of four webinars offered by the Faculty of Engineering – Food Technology Unit and the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nations and will be held on May 3rd -7th, 2021 at 5pm-8pm. The webinars are designed specifically for fresh produce handlers, shippers, cottage food businesses, foodpreneurs, bakers, candy-makers and chocolatiers in the Caribbean Region. A certificate of completion will be granted to participants completing all four (4) webinars.
