CAPS Services this Semester

The Counselling & Psychological Service (CAPS), under the Division of Student Services & Development (DSSD), welcomes you to the start of a new academic year.  Whether you wish to make a virtual appointment for yourself with a counsellor to check in, or to learn some mindfulness for stress management, we invite you to make a commitment to taking extra care of yourself so you can put your best foot forward this semester. Mindful Mondays are back!

Every Monday from 5:30 p.m. throughout the semester, we host an hour of relaxation to help you start your week in the right frame of mind. Learn basic mindfulness techniques and try different meditations for wellbeing and stress management in a comfortable and informal atmosphere. Beginners are welcome!

Virtual Walk-ins on a Thursday

Every Thursday afternoon, brief consultations are available with a counsellor for urgent situations. Students can register anytime from 9 a.m. each Thursday via our website
