The Alma Jordan Library (AJL) is advising all Deans, Heads of Departments and Lecturers that the deadline for the submission of booklists for the second semester of the 2021/2022 academic year is Friday, October 15, 2021. This deadline ensures that essential reading materials will be available for students and also allows the Library sufficient time to acquire new materials. Booklists are required for established as well as new courses. You are asked to circulate this message amongst your academic staff to ensure that the deadline is met. Booklists are to be submitted via email to acqmail@sta.uwi.edu and should be copied to the UWI Bookshop at uwi.bookshop@sta.uwi.edu.  

Members of staff of The Faculty of Medical Sciences should refer to the Medical Sciences Library for submission of their booklists at Libraries-MedicalSciences-AcquisitionandSerials@sta.uwi.edu.
