The Alma Jordan Library (AJL) will be facilitating book loan requests - Staff & Student from Tuesday, September 28, 2021.

Kindly email all loan requests to the Circulation & Access Services (CAS) Division

via CAS@sta.uwi.edu with the following required information:

• First Name

• Last Name

• Telephone No.

• UWI Email Address

• Valid UWI ID Number

• Faculty

• Status: Staff | Graduate Student |

• Undergraduate Student

The following information must be provided for each title:

Note: There is the option to copy this information directly from UWILinC

• Book/Journal Title

• Book Author(s)/Editor(s)

• Call Number

• Publication Year

Note: library materials may only be collected upon notification from the library.

Loans pick up & return point:

Sir Arthur Lewis (SAL) hall of residence - recreation room, St. John’s Road, St. Augustine

Service days & hours: Tuesday - Thursday | 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. (except on public holidays)

All returned library materials will be placed in a mandatory seven (7) day quarantine, after which they will be cleared from your name
