The Trinidad & Tobago Bureau of Standards is pleased to advise that the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) will be hosting a free virtual workshop on “ISO and the role of students in making lives, easier, better and safer”. The workshop is aimed at introducing students to the development process for international standards and is part of ISO’s ongoing engagement of young professionals and students.

There are several date options to attend the workshop. Of the five scheduled workshop dates, those on 12th October, 27th October and 7th November will be held at times compatible with those of our region. The Pan-American Standards Commission (COPANT) generously sponsored the simultaneous Spanish translations on these three dates for Spanish-speaking students.
