The Office of the Campus Registrar wishes to remind all Academic, Senior Administrative and Professional (ASAP) Staff of the Process for Requesting a Waiver of Tuition Fees. This process is to accommodate the growing transition to virtual processes across the Campus.  

Please note the following steps:  

• STEP 1:  Download form at: UWI Intranet > Staff Benefits > Tuition Fee Waiver or access directly via this link: https://intranet.sauwi.uwi.tt/hrmatters/documents/Waiver-of-TuitionFees.pdf

Please note: This link is not publicly available and only accessible on the campus network. Members of staff who are working remotely can access via VPN

• STEP 2: Complete all information on Page 1 and email the completed form to asapwaiver@sta.uwi.edu
• STEP 3: Check your email for Campus Registrar’s approval of your request
• STEP 4: Upload approved form as proof of financial support using the e-courier platform, click here to access
