The on-demand workshop series is designed to offer students the benefit of accessing training immediately or asynchronously. The series is designed to provide learners with flexibility in engaging with training and development content and payment terms. Learners can select the module(s) based on their personal needs and only pay for the modules they will be attending. This affordable option offers substantial financial incentives to the learner and significantly reduces the time spent in the classroom. The on-demand learning model allows learners to access material specific to their problem or task without an extensive commitment associated with a multi-session training programme.
