You are reminded that, for security reasons, all students are required to wear their UWI student ID card while on Campus. Your student ID card allows Campus Security to easily identify you as a valid member of the Campus community and allows you access to the Campus and its many facilities. 

It is important that you make the necessary arrangements to secure your UWI student ID card.

If you have not collected yours as yet, please follow the guidelines below.

Schedule an appointment  

-Before scheduling an appointment to collect your UWI student ID card, ensure that you have uploaded a valid photo via the upload portal. This portal can be accessed here

-Appointments to collect ID cards are made via the ID Card Distribution Appointment Form. (Appointments are available Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.)

-All the required fields on the Appointment Form must be completed

On appointment day

-Students must produce a valid form of national photo identification such as a driver's permit, national ID card or passport in order to collect their UWI student ID card. Without a legitimate photo Identification, students will not be able to collect their student ID card

-Mask-wearing is required and hand washing/sanitising protocols will be enforced

-Students who are experiencing any flu-like symptoms on the day of their appointment should not attend their appointment and instead reschedule to a later date
