On Thursday September 15 at 5 p.m. the Campus will host its Matriculation and Welcome Ceremony on the JFK Quadrangle.

The campus community is advised that there may be an increase in traffic in and around the campus as a result of this event. Persons attending the Matriculation and Welcome Ceremony are asked to take note of the following Traffic and Parking arrangements which will be in effect.

Traffic

• To avoid the usual daily vehicular traffic congestion at the South Gate after 3 p.m., attendees are encouraged to utilize the Heart Ease, Daaga and Administration Gates to access the campus. Vehicles may also access the campus via the South Gate to drop-off persons at the JFK Undercroft
• Vehicles will be screened on entry at the gates and drivers will be directed to the respective car parks

Parking

The following parking areas will be available for attendees:

• Heart Ease Car Park
• Carmody Road Car Park
• TGR North Car Park

Shuttle services will be provided between the hours of 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. to convey guests to and from the TGR North, Heart Ease and Carmody Road Car Parks and the Matriculation venue. Please be guided accordingly
