General Notices

This year’s graduation ceremonies will be held on Thursday 27, Friday 28 and Saturday 29 October at the Bougainvillea Auditorium, Centre of Excellence, Macoya. The following parking areas will be available for persons attending The UWI Graduation Ceremonies.

-Centre of Excellence Car Parks A and B: vehicles will enter the compound via the south-eastern entrance and will be directed to the carparks

-Constantine Park Car Park, Macoya Gardens:  located opposite the Centre of Excellence

-NAMDEVCO Farmer's Market on the Churchill-Roosevelt Highway

-MIC Institute of Technology Car Park: this site will only be available for parking on Saturday 29 October 

Shuttles will be available between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. to transport persons between the additional parking sites and the venue. Security will be provided at all car parks to ensure the safety of all vehicles.  

Attendees who require onsite parking for differently abled persons are asked to contact Mr Andre Greaves at Andre.Greaves@sta.uwi.edu for accommodations to be made. 

Campus Security Services will be present at all sites to assist as needed.
