Staff Notices

The All-Staff End-of-Year Mixer & Pop-Up Market is one day away and we need all persons who will be attending to be sure and register in advance. This registration form will give us an idea of attendance numbers so that we can cater sufficiently for you and your colleagues to enjoy this event. Click here to register.

For your enjoyment we have prepared the following:

- A menu of delectable items such as curried corn, pastelles, doubles and more

- An artisan pop-up market featuring our staff entrepreneurs who will be selling items such as beaded jewellery, skin care products, baked goods and homemade wines (only cash payments will be accepted)

- A programme of entertainment including members of staff alongside Los Paranderos de UWI and Scrunter

- A special 360 photo booth

Please also note :

- A shuttle service from the Faculty of Medical Sciences will be available to and from the event

- It is recommended that all guests wear comfortable shoes as the Pop-Up Market will be set-up on the lawn

We look forward to seeing you all on Thursday December 15 from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. on the Grounds of the Campus Principal’s Office to celebrate and make memories.
