Student Notices

The exams are scheduled to begin at 9:00am, 1:00pm and 4:00pm each day. The Examinations will be held at the following venues:

1.      Textile lab, Department of Agri Econ

2.      Dudley Huggins Building (DHB)

3.      JFK Auditorium (JFK)

4.      Mechanical Design Office, Floor 2, Block 2 Eng. (MD2)

5.      Main Drawing Office (MD3)

6.      Teaching and Learning Complex (TLC)

7.      Temporary Classroom Building at Nat Sci (TCB2)

8.      Temporary Classroom Building at Chemistry (TCB 3)

9.      Department of Creative & Festival Arts (DCFA)

10.    School of Education Room 217/220 (SOE Rm 217/220)

Parking Arrangements

The following car parks will be used to facilitate parking for the Exams:

- The Heart Ease Car park

- The JFK Car Park 

- TGR North Carpark

- Carmody Road Carpark

- School of Education Carpark

Traffic Arrangements 

1.      The NORTH GATE (North Western) Entrance Gate, will be opened for access and egress to vehicles and pedestrians. The North Gate will be open to Staff and Students only. All visitors are advised to enter via the Daaga (Eastern) Gate.

            Monday to Friday:                     5:00am to 9:00pm

2.      The Administration (North Eastern) Entrance Gate, will be open to facilitate access and egress to vehicles during the following hours:

            Monday to Thursday:                   9:00pm to 5:00am

            Friday:                                            9:00pm (Friday) to 8:00am (Saturday)

3.      The Daaga (Eastern) Entrance Gate, will be open to facilitate access and egress to Visitors, during the following hours:

            Monday to Friday:                        6:00am to 6:00pm

4.      The South Entrance Gate, will be open to facilitate vehicular and pedestrian access and egress, during the following hours:

           Monday to Friday:                       6:00am to 11:00pm
