Take part in the weekly seminar series, Our Happiness Journey: Ethics Through the Movies which runs from 1 - 4 p.m. on mondays at room 103, Faculty of Social Sciences.

You cannot not want to be happy! Unfortunately, many are us make choices that lead to an unhappy life. This co-curricular activity helps you gain self-knowledge and coping strategies in our Happiness Journey. Nature and experience provide many opportunities to look at ourselves through a psychological mirror so that which we can identify our strengths and weaknesses. A happy life entails growing in human maturity and developing our personality. We are discussing no small matters, but how we ought to live (Socrates in Plato’s Republic).
