As in previous years, the Staff Engagement Survey seeks to gather the honest feedback on various aspects of the staff experience as it relates to immediate jobs and the University – such as work environment, resources/tools for effectiveness, peer/co-worker engagement, supervision, institutional culture and communication, and leadership and mentorship.

In this annual exercise, The University Planning Office endeavours to make The UWI working experience a more enriching one, while monitoring the yearly performance of this critical metric related to our Triple A Strategic Plan.

To all members of staff: it is your UWI. Have your say by responding to the 2023 version of the survey. You can also opt-in to win a US$100 Amazon Gift Card just for participating. The survey closes on March 31.
