All students are reminded that March 31, is the deadline for meeting your financial obligation to The University of the West Indies. This means that any outstanding payments and/or the submission of the relevant registration documents should be made and submitted via e-Courier by that date.

We regret that failure to do so, will result in an Accounts Receivable (AR) Hold being placed on your account.

You will note that the eCourier link is included on the webpage for ease in submitting your registration documents.

To verify the status of your student account log into MySecure Area.  If there are payments made and/or funding from a Sponsor or Government which are not reflected on your account, ensure that the documents are submitted to us.  If these were already submitted, you do not need to resubmit unless requested by us in our response to you through e-Courier.

GATE funded students

If you have applied for funding through the GATE programme, you are required to submit a signed e-Gate application.  Kindly ensure that your fee sheet is signed on the line for student signature under 'student agreement' and that your e-Gate application form is signed on the top left-hand corner.
