Call for Academic Procession Participants

All members of Academic, Senior Administrative and Professional Staff are invited to participate in the academic procession at next week's Matriculation and Welcome Ceremony. Click here to access the memorandum from the Campus Registrar entitled 2023 Matriculation - Academic Procession which contains the details of the ceremony and the procession.

Here are the key dates that you need to keep in mind:

Matriculation & Welcome Ceremony: Thursday, September 28 | 6p.m. | UWI SPEC

Deadline to request academic regalia: Friday, September 22

Collection of gowns: Tuesday 26 and Wednesday 27 September |  9 a.m. to 12 noon  and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
