We are happy to introduce the new Shuttle Tracking App, Syrus. When you are waiting on a shuttle, you can now get real-time information on where that specific shuttle is located and how long it will take to get to the shuttle stop. 

Here's what you need to do:

-        Download the Syrus app from the PlayStore, it is available for Android and iOS 

-        After the app installs, login using the following username and password (note that all student users will have the same username and password): 

Username : studentshuttle@my.uwi.edu | Password: QVd3pLA8MG1

-        While at the shuttle stop, check the new display monitors which will display the license plate numbers of each shuttle alongside the shuttle route

-        The Syrus app will show you the location of all active shuttles. You can look for the license plate number of the shuttle that you are waiting on to see how far or near it is

-        Use the app alongside the new display screens at the shuttle stops and always know where your shuttle is

This app is a Student Amenities Fund project, and is being launched as an initiative to better serve the students of the St Augustine campus, and to provide a more efficient shuttle service.
