The UWI Mona Campus invites interested individuals and groups seeking both short-term and long-term housing to stay at the UWI Cottage, UWI Villa, and their Student Housing in Jamaica.

- Student Housing: Rent starts at J$40,000 per month (incl. Electricity and Water). 1 Bedroom with shared facilities are available for rent at University Crescent, Kingston 7, Jamaica

- UWI Cottage: J$20,000 per night for a group of up to five (5) persons in Port Royal Mountains, St. Andrew, Jamaica. Groups of more than five will incur an additional J$2,000 per person per night

- UWI Villa: J$25,000 per night for a group of up to three (3) persons in Cardiff Hall, Runaway Bay, St. Ann, Jamaica. Each additional person will incur an additional cost of J$5,000 per night
