Staff Notices

Members of staff are advised that the deadlines for placing social media ads and press ads between Friday, December 15, 2023 and Monday, January 8, 2024 are approaching.

If your team has ads to place within this period, please be guided by the following instructions and deadlines: 

- For Press/Newspaper Advertising: Complete the Press Ad Booking Form, which can be accessed by clicking here,  and email your request to STA-advertising@sta.uwi.edu by Wednesday, December 13, 2023 . The final date for the approval of artwork and booking changes will be Tuesday, December 19, 2023.

- For Social Media Advertising: Please send your request via email to Marketing.Communications@sta.uwi.edu by Thursday, December 7,2023. 

Please note that bookings cannot be accommodated after Wednesday, December 13, 2023, for press and newspaper advertising and Thursday, December 7, 2023, for social media advertising.
