The annual Staff Engagement Survey seeks to gather your honest feedback on various aspects of your experience as it relates to your immediate jobs and the University – such as work environment, resources/tools for efficiency, peer/co-worker engagement, supervision, institutional culture and communication, and leadership and mentorship. 

We aim to make The UWI working experience a more enriching one, while monitoring the yearly performance of this critical metric related to our Triple A Strategic Plan, so help us do better.
