On Thursday, April 11, 2024, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. join CETL Director, Dr. Leroy Hill for the virtual workshop entitled, Designing Assessment Rubrics. This workshop is specifically tailored to enhance your grading practices and promote transparency in assessment criteria. It will also equip you with the skills to construct rubrics aligned with learning outcomes, provide effective feedback to students, and leverage AI for rubric creation. Additionally, the session will include discussions on rubric components, types, and benefits, as well as practical exercises in small groups to collaboratively create rubrics for specific assessment scenarios.
