Campus Bulletins

On Saturday 13 and Sunday 14 April, The UWI St Augustine will host its annual Open Days. All activities will take place at the JFK Auditorium and Quadrangle from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Please be guided by Parking and Traffic Arrangements which will be in place for the duration of this event.

Parking Arrangements

General parking for persons attending the Open Days will be accommodated at:

- JFK Car Park

- Civil Engineering Car Park

- Heart Ease Car Park

- LRC Car Park

- TGR North Car Park

Members of staff who will be a part of the hosting of the Open Days are encouraged to park at any of the other available car parks on campus.

Security will be provided for all vehicles parked at the various car parks.

Motorists are encouraged to heed the guidance of all security personnel who will be stationed across the campus on the day.

Shuttle Service

A Shuttle Service will be provided to transport pedestrian attendees to and from the northern entrances and the site of the Open Days.

Traffic and Access Control

The North; South; and Heart Ease Gates will be open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday 13 and Sunday 14 April, 2024, to allow vehicles to enter and exit the campus.

No other special traffic arrangements will be in place for the Open Days.  However, Campus Security will be present to manage traffic flow and minimize vehicular traffic congestion on the campus.
