Regional and International students, please read on if you are in need of an extension:

Please send an email to Gabrielle.Rousseau@sta.uwiedu or sldd@sta.uwi.edu stating that you are in need of an extension. Also, please attach the following to your email:

-       A copy of your Biodata page (Page with photo in passport)

Please note when copying this ensure that you capture the bio data page and the page opposite)

-       Copy of your last entry stamp

To apply for your Immigration Status Letter, click here

To pay for your Immigration Status Letter, click here 

Let the department know when you have received your letter.

 Other points to note:

-          Ensure that your passport is valid for your duration of study.

-          Renewing your passport while in a different country takes away from your study time.
