The UWI Garden Party, themed, La Festa in Giardino, will be held on Sunday, July 7, 2024, from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. This event, will be an elegant affair set amidst the lush greens of The UWI St. Augustine Campus. It will combine the sophistication of jazz with the vibrant energy of soca, creating a unique experience for you.

The iconic UWI Fete has evolved into The UWI Garden party, but still remains a fundraising event is specially designed to provide scholarships and bursaries for deserving students.

The dress code is Hats, Flats & Flows and patrons are invited to embrace the laid-back elegance of La Festa in Giardino with your favourite headwear, comfy flats, and flowy attire.

Tickets cost $1,200 and can be purchased at the following locations:

Staff of The UWI St Augustine can purchase tickets via any of the following salary deduction plans:

- Option 1: Deductions will be spread over three months - May, June, and July. The deadline for purchasing tickets is May 7th, 2024.

- Option 2: Deductions will be spread over two months - June and July. The deadline for purchasing tickets is June 4th, 2024.

If you would like to purchase tickets via salary deduction, here’s what you need to do:

-Staff deductions can be arranged at the Office of the Director, Division of Student Services and Development, located on the 1st Floor of the Student Administration Building.

-Staff members must present their staff ID when purchasing tickets.

-Please note that ticket purchase deadlines align with the submission deadlines for documents to Payroll for the respective months. Therefore, we cannot accommodate salary deductions beyond June 4th.
