Best Shooting Average Awards

Maikea Bramble 

·       Maikea was identified by UWI’s coaching staff as a standout athlete and was subsequently selected to attend the screening for the National Under 21 World Youth Team training squad. Maikea has not only successfully passed the screening but has also secured a position on the Under 21 Trinidad and Tobago Netball World Youth Team.

·       Maikea's dedication and hard work have earned her this prestigious opportunity to represent Trinidad and Tobago at the World Youth Netball qualifiers in Guadeloupe. Scheduled from July 3rd to July 15th, these qualifiers will determine participation in the World Youth Netball Tournament in Gibraltar in 2025.

·       The UWI Women’s Netball team is currently  participating in the Lystra Lewis Port of Spain Netball League and is currently in second place

·       Maikea Bramble is also on the UWI Women’s Basketball Team

Makalya placed second in MAP Invitational Tournament that was held from Saturday, June 15– Sunday, June 16 2024.
