On Monday, August 5 to Friday, August 9, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., join certified mediator, Ms. Ann Diaz for Mediation for Managers.  This training designed to equip managers with essential conflict resolution skills and enhances active listening and clear communication, fostering a harmonious work environment and improving team dynamics. It minimizes disruptions, boosts productivity, and enhances job satisfaction and employee retention. Additionally, managers will develop strong leadership qualities, increasing credibility and influence within their teams.

This workshop will take place in the Mediation Conference Room, located at Behavioural Sciences Building, #12 Carmody Road, St Augustine. Attendees can expect that the following topics be covered include mediation fundamentals, conflict management, effective communication strategies, negotiation techniques, problem-solving approaches, and simulated exercises.
