Celebrating the 40th Anniversary of the Department of Geomatics Engineering

The Department of Geomatics Engineering and Land Management (FOE) is celebrating its 40th Anniversary with a week of activities and event from September 7 to September 14, 2024.

They are:

-           Thursday, September 12 and Friday, September 13 – 2- day Symposium – This is an opportunity for graduates to share their technical expertise and experience and for continued professional development.

-          Saturday, September 14 – 40th Anniversary Gala Dinner – This event will provide the opportunity for re-establishing connections and networking and will honour the "40 IN 40", highlighting the achievements of 40 of the most prominent graduates over the 40 years of the Department.

-          Sunday, September 15 - Family Fun Day - In conjunction with the ISTT, there will be a Family Fun day at the St Augustine Campus.
