The Counselling and Psychological Services Department (CAPS) has relocated to the Centre for Work Force Research and Development, which is the white building directly opposite the Health Services Unit (HSU).

Although at a new location, CAPS will continue to provide a safe, supportive, and confidential space for you to:

-       Receive support for emotional and psychological issues;

-       Get assistance with personal challenges such as bereavement, health problems, homesickness, and relationship issues;

-       Learn stress management techniques and how to practice mindfulness

All CAPS services are free to registered students, and no referrals are needed, you can simply schedule an appointment or stop by.
