Staff Notices

The campus is designated as a No Thoroughfare Zone (NTZ) and only vehicles with the correct vehicle permits will be allowed access when the NTZ is re-enforced from Monday, September 02, 2024.

Therefore, all staff, students and service providers will be required to display a 2024/25 Vehicle Permit on their vehicle to be allowed access via the North and South gates.

The portal for staff to apply for their vehicle permits is now open, and staff are encouraged to submit your application at your earliest convenience. Here's what you need to do:

-       Click here to access the application portal

-       Click on the STAFF tab

-       You must have your staff ID number and your UWI Smart Card ID number in order to complete your application 

-       When your permit is ready it will be delivered to your department

Each Head of Department is required to appoint a Virtual Applicant who will be responsible for submitting vehicle permit applications on behalf of temporary staff and service providers.
