Student Notices

Scholarship applications for all new first years are open, and run until Monday, September 30, 2024.

The available scholarships are:

-          Caribbean Gas Chemical Limited Bursary: 10 awards of $5,000 each | open to new and continuing students who reside in La Brea (including Chinese Village, Point D’Or and Brighton), Vance River, Vessigny Village, Rousillac, Union Village, and Sobo Village.

-          Caribbean Gas Chemical Limited Scholarship: 10 awards of $20,000 | open to new and continuing students who reside in La Brea (including Chinese Village, Point D’Or and Brighton), Vance River, Vessigny Village, Rousillac, Union Village, and Sobo Village.

-          The Ivy Scholarship: award of $10,000 | for a graduate of St Joseph’s Convent (T&T nationals)

-          The Leon A. Cook Sport Scholarship: award $10,000 | open to Faculty of Sport students, preferably involved in football (consideration will be given to students from other faculties who are footballers or involved in other sports)

-         Lutchman and Parbati Ramnarine Bursary: $5,000 | T&T nationals registered in the Faculty of Science & Technology, preferably enrolled in a Year 1 Life Sciences programme

-          UWI Development and Endowment Fund Sport Scholarship: open to any full-time student in any faculty who is actively involved in sport
