The Department of Mathematics and Statistics, in collaboration with the Latin American and Caribbean Congress for Theoretical and Applied Mechanics (LACCOTAM), will be hosting a FREE two-day workshop titled "Recent Advances in Modelling of Nanofluid Flows."
The workshop, chaired by Dr. Donna Dyer of the UWI STA Mathematics and Statistics department, will be taught by Dr. Victor Job, Mathematics Lecturer from the Faculty of Science and Technology, The UWI, Mona. It will take place from October 9 to 10, 2024, between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m at the M.S.C.I.T Projects Lab (CSL3), 2nd Floor, Natural Sciences Building, FST.
The talk will be delivered in two parts:
- Cooling Enhancement Application
- Applications in Cancer
